Shipping policy
Orders will be processed by Shopify between 2-6 business days if there are no issues with your order. We (Casa Costera) will contact you for any problems regarding your order, if additional information is needed or credit verification. We are closed on all major holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking number to show updates. Orders that the recipient does not accept upon delivery will not be refunded. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages confirmed by tracking history or other information. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary; please review your order before submission regarding shipping rates. All packages will be mailed and delivered via USPS shipping, with standard and priority shipping options available for purchase. Free domestic shipping on orders of $100 or more will always be delivered via standard shipping.
We may choose to cancel any order if we cannot meet the requested delivery date or fill the requested quantity or type of goods offered. We may also choose not to accept an order, delay shipment, or cancel an accepted order without consequence if we are unable to finish and ship the goods to the buyer on time because of anything that we cannot control (such as natural disasters, casualty, labor trouble, accidents, buyers actions, or unavailability of supplies or transportation). In that case, the estimated delivery time may be extended accordingly, and we shall not be liable to the buyer for any damages caused by such delays. Upon delivery, the buyer shall immediately carry out a proper check of the goods supplied before the use of goods and shall not, at a later date, claim defects that should have been discovered prior.
